the Soap Box Derby

Guessing 1930's-40's
based on the quality of the medals
Ribbon is frayed on the 2nd place
and missing on 3rd.
They appear to be plated brass metal.
C clasp closures
Plating wear.
The 3rd has a marker's mark
it is hard to read.
Vintage "as found" condition-
