New tilt lever included.
This floor shift column has been completely rebuilt with stock components. Comes painted black, with turn signal wiring, and lower flange. Has the correct bottom flange that is unique for this item. Turn signal  lever is sold separately and not included. Ignition tumbler not included. For a floor shifted car.
