    New condition. Small size.
    No plates are included.
    Model BLC-016-02-SMO. Does not have any paperwork. Includes original packaging, which is a big plastic bag with no name or label. Manufacturing date is sometime during 2004 or later (snap buckle is dated 2004). This is an early model that was made for Special Operations. Weighs about 1.6 pounds. USA Made.
