    Description

    These are military surplus items..  This is the same strap used on the WWII pack board.  These straps are from a newer production as the original box containing 90 bundles had stenciling giving a 1970's contract date.  Straps are NOS.  Only one photo was taken as did not wish to untie a bundle.  See other sales for photos of single straps.  Sent flat rate envelope.
