Description
FRONT AXLE DOUBLE WISHBONE CLAMP 1911-1918This front axle double wishbone clamp is a reproduction of an accessory that was offered to add an additional wishbone to the early style axle that has the wishbone on top of the axle, (1911-13).
This clamp exists of three parts. Lower, middle, and upper sections.

The clamp set is cast bronze and is supported together with a 3/8" bolt.

DOUBLE RODS
We do not include any rods with this clamp.
These rods must be fabricated to fit into place for your car.
We have given some examples of the different ways to construct your double wishbone.

1) Use a late style wishbone and cut off the end ball at the desired length.
2) Use a 7/8" steel rod and fabricate an end hole and then cut it to the desired length.
3) We offer a pair of late wishbone ends that can be welded to 7/8" steel rod and cut to length.
The late pair of wishbone rod ends are .00 a pair plus shipping. These will be listed as a separate part in our store.
TIP; Replace spring perch nut with drive shaft pinion nut. They are thin so a cotter pin can be used.
