This weave is not as tight as the Soviet tube scarf. Easier to wear isn't quite so tight.
Pull down over head to create the mother of all turtle necks, leave it stretched over your head keeping you warm from your eyebrows to the base of your neck
Wear as a scarf & pull one end over your head as a cap. Keeps your head warm and wraps around your neck too
I live in Minnesota and I'm wearing mine every day when I go out to do barn chores. I'm putting a 2nd one in our vehicle.
