Description
Due to high demand please allow a 3-5 business day turnaround on Steering KitsTired of your vulnerable, weak, hard-to-adjust Dana 60 steering? This kit is the solution! It includes everything needed to convert your kingpin Dana 60 to a true 1-ton Crossover/High Steer setup. It comes with a set of our springless high steer arms (including hardware!) which eliminate that tired kingpin preload spring and put your tie rod up out of harm’s way. This kit also comes with two pieces of beefy 1.5” x .25” wall DOM tubing for your drag link and tie rod as well as 4 of our GM 1-ton TRE’s (three standard TRE’s and one high-angle TRE’s for your drag link/pitman arm connection.) We include our hex head TRE tube adapters and jam nuts so you can adjust your steering with a crescent wrench rather than a pipe wrench- saving your tubing from scarring and prevent stress risers. These are all the important steering upgrades in one kit!
This is a do it yourself style kit that requires welding by a competent person with the right equipment, don't skimp, do it right! You will need to check clearances with the steering wheel at lock to see if you need to add any bends before you cut it down to clear diff covers, sway bar mounts, etc
