Vintage European Military Leather Keychain
Produced as a European military accessory in the 1950's, this rugged leather key chain is as stylish as it is durable. The substantial 1/8" thick leather strap measures 3" long by 1" wide and is secured with three sturdy mid-century rivets. The strap has a strong square metal ring at one end that is perfect for attaching keys. This versatile leather loop can also slide onto a belt allowing the metal ring to attach useful items such as a water bottle or pouch while out on hiking excursions.
These keychains age beautifully...I have one I've used for many years that has developed a darker, wonderfully lived in patina and suppleness of the leather.
