Stunning Vintage Amethyst Quartz stone carved parrot was hand made in Brazil.  This gorgeous  stone bird is a hand carved from a gem quality of lovely multi color  gemstones, quartz and amethyst. Body is of Blue  Sodalite, beak and tail of multi color quartz.  The minerals and artistry are first class.  You can enlarge the photos to appreciate the amazing detail and different colored stone of this beauty.   This kind of figurine is hand carved from be lovely semi-precious stones by talented Brazilian artists.  All stone hues are natural, the bird stands on top of a beautiful natural amethyst/ mineral base .  It stands 4”H, 2”W 2 1/4”D. I am the original owner and has been stored in a glass display case for 35 years with my bird collection.  This gorgeous stone bird is in excellent condition and well  worth adding to anyone’s collection.
